We have well maintained exercise and game rooms and an extensive library. We are also adjacent to and within walking distance of the Sawmill Athletic Club. There are beauty and barber services, laundry and available home care on the premises for the convenience of our residents. Our low monthly rental with NO endowment fee offers services usually not found in typical communities. We are proud to offer both noon and evening meals inclusive. In addition, we provide weekly housekeeping and linen service, individual climate controls, and 24-hour assistance. We also have outside agencies working with us that will service any prescription needs and bi-monthly blood pressure testing.
